Sales Order Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Sales Order Processor/Sales Assistant for a reputable textiles company based in Rochdale.

Working hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on Friday, and the salary is up to £20,000pa dependant on experience.

To be considered for this role you must have at least 3 years’ experience in an office environment (preferably customer services &/or sales).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders over the phone and through email, and accurately inputting these orders into SAP
  • Providing customer service on any inbound or outbound calls/emails
  • Working with the sales team to resolve customer queries
  • Updating customer orders
  • Liaising with the warehouse team to pick and arrange packing of goods for shipment
  • Sending samples to customers
  • General office administration (filing, answering calls)

This is a permanent opportunity available with immediate interview and start date.
