Receptionist – maternity cover

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for a maternity cover contract starting 1st December 2020 for 9 months.

The pay rate for this role is £9.00ph and your standard working hours will be Monday – Thursday 8am – 1pm and Friday 8am – 12noon, however you will need to be flexible and willing to work any shift between the hours of 8am – 8pm Mon – Thu, 8am – 6pm Fri and 8am – 12 noon Saturday for any ad hoc cover.

Duties/Responsibilities

Meeting and greeting visitors
Answering and directing all incoming phone calls as appropriate
Handling the distribution of the inbound post following delivery each morning
Carrying out all ad hoc administrative duties such as filing

Skills/knowledge/experience

Previous experience in a similar role is essential

IT literate
