Office Administrator – 9 month fixed term contract

Rochdale

Immediate start

Salary £17,374pa

 

We have an urgent requirement for an Office Administrator to join our client who are a well-established, reputable manufacturing company based in Rochdale, on a 9 month fixed term contract basis (to cover maternity).

 

Duties:

  • Sales order processing
  • Maintaining stock of office cleaning products, stationary and canteen supplies
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Answering the telephone and greeting clients/customers at Reception
  • Filing
  • Data-inputting
  • Providing administration support to internal departments
  • All other ad-hoc duties
