Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisors on behalf of a well- established online retail company based in Rochdale. This is a temp to perm vacancy with full time shifts available.

 

Customer Service Advisor job duties:

  • Dealing with customers over the telephone
  • Resolving issues such as missing parcels and damaged products
  • Dealing with returns
  • Taking new orders and dealing with customer queries
  • Using order management software

 

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday 10am to 6pm

Friday 10am to 4pm.

 

Customer Service Advisor Skills:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent IT skills

 

Rate of pay is £8.91
