Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager for our client who are based near Salford. This role would suit someone who has previous experience working on government funded projects &/or large scale projects & events.

 

The salary for this role is between £23,000 – £25,000pa dependent on experience, and hours of work are 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Supporting the Programme Manager in the delivery of the programme

·       Manage day-to-day performance and delivery activity

·       Collect and full & final quality validate monitoring information and paperwork

·       Update progress against performance and output profiles

·       Collate monthly claims for sign off by Programme Manager

·       Co-ordinate & manage external coach delivery as required

·       Manage running of event programme

·       Manage day-to-day operational delivery activities

·       Assist with planning, forecasting, KPI collection and quality control

·       Provide key weekly management reports to the Programme Manager

·       Liaising directly with Business Advisor for tracking purposes

·       Liaising directly with WP Marketing & Promotions Administrator

·       Programme Delivery ISO 9001 Quality process owner

 

The Person

·       A highly motivated individual, able to work as part of a team & as an individual

·       Able to manage your own workload and determine priorities

·       Skills to handle data and be able to analyse, report and assist with forecasting

·       Experience of administering large complex projects

·       Experience of managing and working & Government funded projects is advantageous

·       Delivery and project management admin skills
