We are urgently seeking an experienced Technical Field Sales Manager, with experience of solution-selling, for our client who are a provider of outsourced solutions to a range of OEM industries, such as:

  • Food processing
  • Machine Tool
  • Packaging
  • Printing
  • Power & Distribution
  • Scientific Equipment

The ideal candidate will have a technical solution- led sales background, be new business focused, energetic and motivated and have a wealth of knowledge across the engineering sector; preferably within the automation, control panel or cable harness manufacturing industries.

 

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • You must have experience of working in a technical sales environment
  • Knowledge of OEM sector
  • Have experience of analysing customer needs and creating solutions
  • Proven consultative approach to developing new business relationships
  • The ability to plan strategically with strong commercial acumen
  • Proven track record in a technical-led solution sales
