As Systems Support & Analytics Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the company’s staff in IT related issue resolution, reviewing, improving and redesigning business processes as part of the desire to continually improve service delivery to customers.   Projects and tasks will focus heavily on enhancing operational efficiency improving cross functional team working whilst championing the needs of the Operational functions. Our client is a manufacturer of textile products, working in a familiar environment would be advantageous. You will assist with developing and delivering improvements across the business.


  • To provide a prompt and effective response to first line support requests from work colleagues in all IT related issues
  • To support the Business and Systems Improvement Manager in achieving business improvement objectives.
  • To assist in reviewing current working practices and documenting these prior to identifying improvements.
  • To challenge the process to achieve best practice.
  • To manage specific projects / reviews, analysing and documenting business processes and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Supporting business areas across the Company that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
  • To project manage pilots within service areas, evaluate results and recommend ways forward.
  • Monitor and report on the outcome of projects / reviews to ensure new processes perform and deliver as required.
  • Introduce and establish controls and monitoring to ensure satisfactory performance is maintained.
  • Will be required to carry out other duties of a similar nature and type, and carry the same level of responsibility, as may from time to time be directed.
  • To design and implement appropriate Excel workbooks and reports for improving business reporting.
  • To develop greater use of IT solutions to improve business efficiency.
  • Perform any reasonable request as given by the management team.

  • Familiarise yourself with, and conform to, Integrated Management System requirements at all times, ensuring the full and accurate completion of documentation.
  • Ensure that a good level of housekeeping at and around your workstation is maintained at all times
  • Take responsibility for your own and colleagues Health and Safety ensure that at all times you comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Immediately report any potential HR, quality, health & safety or environmental issues, risks, accidents and hazards immediately, including near miss accidents, to your manager.
  • Ensure that customer requirements are effectively recorded and processed.
