Permanent role

 

Our client has been established for over 30 years; producing a range of high quality engineering products and solutions.

They are now looking to complement the team with an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk / Credit Controller.

 

To be considered for this role you must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Ledger / Credit Controller.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Sales invoicing, sales credits
  • Monitor adherence to payment terms and credit limits
  • Making adjustments to the sales ledger where necessary
  • Oversee credit applications
  • Process credit card payments
  • Liaising with customers and internal departments to resolve queries
  • Liaise with Financial Director & Finance Manager, and Sales Admin regarding accounts and
  • amendments
  • Manage and continuously improve the credit control function
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Assist the Finance Director and Managers with preparation of monthly management meetings

 

Hours of work are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
