Our client who has been established for over 30 years and is enjoying continued growth and expansion is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Lead Generator to work in their successful international business. We are looking for someone with a flair for sales, has technical knowledge and has an interest in oil and gas, civil engineering and manufacturing.

In return you can expect a great working environment, positive team atmosphere, sales bonus and development into a Field Sales role if desired.

    The role:
    You will be responsible for bringing in solid leads and generating a good number per week, however quality over quantity is recognised and rewarded.
    Gathering customer information and updating the CRM database
    Schedule appointments for follow up meetings with sales representatives
    Contact businesses to demonstrate products and services offered.
    Conduct client and market surveys
    Ensure lead objectives are discussed, agreed with and delivered to Sales and Marketing in advance of any campaigns undertaken
    Produce monthly reports of contacts obtained, sales leads or enquiries generated and report back to the Head of Marketing
    Training in product knowledge will be given

  • Person Specification:

    The person:
    You will have a professional telephone manner and have a genuine desire to build business relationships
    Motivated and driven without losing focus
    Have previous sales experience and have worked in a similar lead generation role
    Results driven
    Solid time management skills
    Passionate about customer service and a strong attention to detail
    Experience of using CRM management tools would be preferable
    Standard PC skills with Microsoft Word and email are required along with basic Excel
