We have a great opportunity to join a pioneering home textiles company who have over 70 year’s industry experience, with entrepreneurial beginnings. Supplying major retailers and customers in the UK and across the globe. They are currently in an exciting period of growth and looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator.

    Review sales figures and identifying new Sales Opportunities
    Selling products to new customers, generating and increasing business
    Look at trends and pricing
    Chasing and negotiating prices with customers and factories in the UK and overseas
    Working with the Merchandising team on meeting deadlines
    Organising samples for both internal and external meetings.
    Chase and ensure all quality aspects are carried out.
    Liaise with the Merchandising team to set up showrooms for meetings.
    Working with the designers regarding samples and costings
    Assisting with new product development
    Weekly updates with customer and internally with direct manager
    Travel throughout the UK and overseas and also attending tradeshows.
    General customer service calls.
    Complete web information for the customer and also use social media to promote and look at other sales avenues.

  • Person Specification:

    Internal Sales experience preferably within the Textiles Industry
    Enthusiastic & able to work cooperatively with different departments
    Able to work in a busy environment and meet deadlines whilst attention to detail is paramount.
    Good system knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
    Able to work on own initiative, with passion, determination and persistence to grow and drive forward new sales consistently.
    Driving Licence essential to enable off site meetings
