  • Company Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join an established team, for our client who are a global leader in high quality interior textiles. Duties will include:

  • Role Specification:

    ·Updating in-store layouts.

    ·Ensuring all information is being filled in on Critical Paths and Intake Sheets

    ·Managing the product pool in terms of selected/deselected lines

    ·Liaising with Quality on initial product checks

    ·Dealing with customer complaints on products/liaising with Quality

    ·Chasing and approving packages from factories

    ·Dealing with general customer service calls

    ·Assisting Merchandising as required

    ·Completing product component lists with all relevant information

    ·Liaising with the display team to set up showrooms for meetings

    ·Chasing and ensuring that all Quality aspects are carried out

    ·Covering for holidays and sickness

    ·Organising packaging within timescales

    ·Organising photography within timescales

    ·Organising weekly Critical Path meetings

  • Person Specification:

    To be considered for this role you must have previous Sales Administration experience and have the ability to work well with different departments, in a busy, fast paced environment. You must also be proficient in Microsoft applications.
