Paralegal /Litigation Executive

If you are looking to work more locally, and for a well-established legal company, then we are currently assisting our client to recruit for an experienced paralegal/ litigation executive.


The main role is to assist with fast track Personal Injury work working alongside a Head of Department.


The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process under supervision.




  • Responsible for own case load of 150 mixed PI files
  • Handling new enquiries, conducting interviews, case assessments, ongoing caseload, and internal cross referrals.
  • Drafting pleadings/ motions/ documents and filing them with the court, dealing with clients and third parties
  • Performing admin duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organise case files etc.)
  • Experience of submitting  cases to the Portal, From Stage 1 through to Stage 3
  • Good knowledge of the CPR
  • Some experience or willingness to do post litigation work under supervision
  • Meet financial targets set.
  • Pro-actively manage and report on billing for monthly management meetings and when required
  • Dealing with post completion and archiving

  • Supervision: can work under supervision and knows when to ask for help. Works with Head of Department to establish a supervision process and is clear on risk management procedure.
