We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager located in the Rochdale area, this opportunity is within a well-established company. As an Office Manager you are responsible for HR, Health and Safety, training and general administrative duties.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all HR within the company, dealing with all enquiries from employees, managing holidays, absences etc.
  • Responsible for all Health and Safety, COSHH, Risk assessments, Method assessments within the business.
  • Ensuring all staff are trained and are in date for qualification, booking on various courses when required.
  • Managing a small office team, ensuring all departments run smoothly including accounts and purchasing departments.
  • Woking closely with contract managers to ensure all clients are pre-qualified.
  • Ensuring company is in line and in date with all accreditations.
  • All ad hoc duties.

Experience and qualifications

  • 3 years + experience within an Office managers position
  • Experience with working within a Construction or Civil Engineering environment – Essential
  • Experience with managing small teams
  • Experience with all health and safety procedures – Essential
