20 hours per week over 5 days
Immediate start

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator with credit control experience. You will need to have previous experience of working in an office environment, be a strong administrator and display an excellent attention to detail and process strong Excel knowledge.

Duties:
Sales order processing
Liaising with clients and customers via telephone and email
Data inputting
Credit control
Maintain all files, ensuring details are correct
Using SAGE &/or Pegasus accounts packages
All other ad hoc duties

Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
An excellent communicator both via telephone and e-mail
Previous experience of working in a busy sales office
Computer literate and conversant with all Microsoft applications
