We have an urgent requirement for a Junior Office Administrator to join our client who are a well-established, reputable manufacturing company based in Rochdale.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to establish a long term career opportunity.

 

Duties:

Sales order processing

Maintaining stock of office cleaning products, stationary and canteen supplies

Handling incoming and outgoing post

Answering the telephone and greeting clients/customers at Reception

Filing

Data-inputting

Providing administration support to internal departments

All other ad-hoc duties

 

Skills/knowledge/experience

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

Office-based work experience

Professional attitude

Excellent organisation skills & attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Motivated

Ability to work within a team and independently

Computer literate
