  • Company Overview:

    We are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Executive for our client who is enjoying continued success, the successful candidate will be required to play a fundamental role in customer acquisition and growing sales revenues, combining internal sales and sales administration support.

  • Role Specification:

    Responsible for assigned account base which will require occasional customer visits
    Develop and maintain good working relationships with existing and new customers, responding to enquiries effectively and efficiently.
    Process orders, quotations and sample requests via telephone, email or in person.
    Confirmation that all incoming orders are logged and have current correct pricing
    Liaison with clients and coordinator for material availability and establish shipping dates
    Conduct contract review for all processed orders and provide order confirmations to customers
    Update account and prospect activity into the company’s CRM system on a daily basis.
    Update the CRM system with key targeted accounts
    Communicate with field sales staff regarding customer updates and follow up on customer inquiries.
    Account management and set-up of credit requests
    Sales networking and identify decision in order to start the sales process.
    Analyse business trends, create forecasts, and produce reports for senior management
    Assist with the development of Marketing Campaigns
    Meet / exceed monthly or annual set sales targets.

  • Person Specification:

    Min 2 years of internal sales / account management / customer service.
    High level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and CRM software
    Integrity & Accountability
    Team player with the ability to interact with all departments.
    Professional telephone manner and passionate about excellent customer service
    Excellent time management and organisational skills.
    Good decision-making, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
    Self motivated and ambitious
    A valid driver’s license.
