We have an exciting opportunity as an Internal Sales Coordinator located in Todmorden for our client specialises in the manufacturing industry, supplying worldwide they are a fast growing company with a great future ahead.

The position of Internal Sales Coordinator will play a major role within the sales department, dealing with customer and providing technical, product and commercial support throughout their contact with the company.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Dealing with all initial customer enquiries via telephone, email fax and post.
  • Support and dealing with any customer issues professionally and efficiently, whilst prioritising when required.
  • Providing product and technical support to customers.
  • Providing sales engineers with clear and concise information and keeping them up to date.
  • Communicate between the sales engineers and the customers to agree on quotations.
  • Ensuring all customer requirements and expectations are met and relaying to other departments.
  • Liaise with the customers and other departments to ensure quality of service is maintained at all times.
  • Implementing the company’s sales and marketing strategy’s at all times.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to complete necessary paperwork accurately at all times
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience with CRM or ERP ( desirable)
