Experienced Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a small, well-established team of Consultants, based in Rochdale. The salary for this role is £16,000 – £18,000pa DOE and working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

 

Together with a welcoming working environment, you will receive 20 days holiday which increases by 1 day for each year served, up to a maximum of 25 days (plus Bank Holidays). There is also plenty of free street parking nearby.

 

There may be times where you will be working independently in the office, as such this role would suited to an experienced, confident Administrator, who is self-motivated and able to work under their own initiative.

 

This position is available for an immediate start.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supporting other company administrators (who are based in other offices)
  • Working closely with field based contractors
  • Answering the telephone and providing advice and support to clients
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Scanning, photocopying & uploading critical documents to bespoke CRM
  • Producing reports
  • Booking accommodation

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • You must have previous experience as an Administrator
  • You must be IT literate
