Experienced Administration Assistant

Experienced Office Administrator

 

Our client based in Rochdale are looking for an experienced office administrator to join their team on a part time basis, assisting with the day to day running of an online retail company.

Hours of work: Approximately 20 hours a week with flexible start time

Location: Rochdale

Start Date: 1st March 2018

 

Main Duties Will Involve:

  • Coordinating and developing online product database
  • Dealing with customer queries and returns
  • Listing products on various online platforms
  • Ensuring content is consistent across all platforms & channels

 

Skills / Knowledge /Experience Required:

  • Good knowledge of IT systems and all Microsoft applications
  • Previous experience using Linnworks or similar system is desirable
  • The ability to pick things up quickly with minimum supervision
  • A proactive approach to work and a genuine interest in the business
  • Strong planning and organisational skills alongside meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently
