Ongoing temporary opportunity
Immediate start
£9.50 – £12.00 per hour DOE

Duties/Responsibilities
• Sales Ledger administration; chasing payments, sending invoices, dealing with account queries
• Updating and maintaining all account query information using Excel
• Purchase Invoice matching
• Bank transactions logging
• Credit control – chasing customer payments
• Goods received not Invoiced management
• General accounts assistant duties – including answering phone, reception duties & ordering stationery
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
• Administration experience
• Worked in a busy office
• Strong IT skills
• Fully conversant in Microsoft Office and ideally vantage 6
• Knowledge of EDI desirable
• Organisation skills
• Previous experience of working in a small team
• You will be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
• You’ll be organized in your approach which will enable you to manage and prioritise a busy workload
• Ability to work cross functionally at all levels across the business
• Driving license – due to location
