  • Company Overview:

    In partnership with our client who is a global leader in the design and delivery of bespoke products, and pride themselves on the understanding that customers want competitive prices and can offer an excellent back up service, we are looking to recruit an Administrative Document Controller.
    The main purpose of the role is to assist in the creation, updating and uploading of documents throughout the business.

  • Role Specification:

    To assist in the creation and preparation of Documents
    To Control document revision levels
    Track documents (due and return dates)
    Liaise with external document control departments
    Submit documents via Client interfaces (i.e. FileNet, DECA, SharePoint)
    Attend client project meetings when required
    Take Project minutes and actions when required
    Administration duties when required
    Occasional travel to client offices for Project meetings

  • Person Specification:

    Document Control environment preferred
    Project Management Environment preferred
    Microsoft Word and Excel
    Adobe Acrobat / Adobe Writer
    An advanced standard of PC and IT awareness
    Ability to prioritise workloads
    Self-Confident with good interpersonal skills
    Methodical and with a high attention to detail
    Ability to build client relationships i.e. other DC’s
