Customer Services Consultant

 

If you have highly focused customer service skills, and are a genuine people orientated individual, then we may have the role for you.

 

A small but busy team based in Salford, are looking for an additional team member to work within their Customer Services Department, handling sales calls, and enquiries in a professional efficient manner.

 

You need a proven track record, in a similar role, to apply for this position.

 

  • Primary contact for customers, handling their enquiries in a timely professional manner.
  • Maintain the high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop the knowledge of all features and benefits of product lines.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure a prompt and efficient service
  • Take ownership, document, and record actions regarding any customer complaints, working within guidelines and policies.
  • Manage and update customer records, service agreements etc.
  • Undertake customer satisfaction surveys with existing customers.

You need a keen attention to detail, and accuracy, great telephone skills, ability to handle busy stressful days, ability to work and contribute to a team.

Listening skills, verbal and written communication skills, initiative, adaptability to multitask workload efficiently, problem solver, adaptability, and great interpersonal team skills.
