We have an immediate Customer Service Coordinator vacancy for our client based in Rochdale, this organisation manufacturers home ware, household and garden products that are distributed across the country.

As a Customer service coordinator you will be responsible for all customer enquiries whilst processing orders and ensuring deliveries are on time.

Responsibilities

• Customer service enquires by telephone and email ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and effectively
• Work within the team to answer any queries on products specifications and features
• Answer inbound sales calls whilst taking orders via phone
• Liaising with other departments to check customer deliveries
• Responsible for all product replacements and refund requests from customers

Skills and Experience

Essential
• Experience of working with Amazon and eBay
• Experience of managing a small team
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with working in a B2C customer service environment
• Telesales or call centre experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Flexible with working hours as may have to work occasional weekends

Desirable

Experience of working with Magento system
