  • Company Overview:

    We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a well- established online retail company based in Rochdale.

  • Role Specification:

    Day to day duties will involve:
    • Dealing with customers over the telephone
    • Resolving issues such as missing parcels and damaged products
    • Dealing with returns
    • Taking new orders and dealing with customer queries
    • Using order management software

    Hours of work:
    This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm

  • Person Specification:

    • Previous customer service experience is essential
    • Excellent IT skills
    • Previous experience of using an order management system is desirable
    • Excellent standard of English, both written and verbal
    • Good communication skills
