We have an immediate vacancy for a Customer service representative for a client that specialises in the Dental Industry With over 30 years’ service to the public our client is committed to making the customers experience a personal and professional one.

As a first point of contact to the customer, this role entails the appropriate individual to turn a query into a sale, however with the ability to still be sympathetic to the customer’s need. Whilst Customer service is a huge aspect of this position sale is also an important aspect and the delivery of sale is a very important aspect. It is important to be highly organised, quick thinking and be able to pick information up quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers
  • Outbound calls to complete follow ups and sales
  • Offering information and guidance on our services
  • Managing general email enquiries in a timely manner
  • Handling any complaints
  • A flexible approach to customer care
  • Work effectively towards targets
  • Promote new and existing products
  • Liaise with other departments, check deliveries, arrange collections and record all relevant documentation
  • To provide support and assistant to other colleagues through training and haring development
  • Identify solutions to resolve issues to improve the service provided
  • Carrying out all Administrative duties, keeping all information organised
  • Data input of all customer details and complaints/enquiries/orders

Experience

  • Customer service
  • Health care experience ( Desirable)
  • Sales Experience  (Essential )
  • Retail Sales experience would be preferable

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 or above in Sales, Telesales, customer service or equivalent ( Desirable)
