Customer Service Administrator

Urgently Required – Customer Service Administrator:

We are delighted to be recruiting for our client, who are a large multinational organisation.

You will need to be able to demonstrate experience, in your skills, knowledge and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

You need to be a confident person, who remains organised when busy, be able to prioritise your workload, and work well under pressure, within the customer contact department.

The ability to be professional, diplomatic and assertive, whilst you look after and grow their large customer database.

You will need to be confident enough, to work both reactively and pro-actively to develop the business you handle, within your division.

  • Receive and Administer customer orders
  • Liaise with 3rd Party carriers to manage orders in
  • Manage customer queries
  • Raising customer invoices
  • First contact for price quotations
  • Prepare internal reports
  • Holiday cover for Supervisor role


Circa £19,000 per annum plus (Company performance bonus)

25 days holiday per annum, plus Bank Holidays

Hours:  36 per week
