If you enjoy resolving customer’s problems, and managing your own workload, whilst working in a modern environment, with a company experiencing growth, then this could be of interest to you.


Key Responsibilities:
As a collections controller you will identify potential cases at the earliest opportunity, and you will take actions to work to bring the account back to an up to date status.
You need to be a proactive person who will identify the reason for an arrears situation.
You will agree arrangements and concessions where necessary and identify accounts that require recovery or litigation action or refer.
You will control the administration required to complete and review income and expenditure details provided by the clients.
There will be a great deal of inbound / outbound calling in line with the department KPI targets set, and you will take debit card payments via an on-line terminal.
Provide customer service regarding collection issues, customer payment, refunds, direct debit enquiries, early settlement of accounts and clearance request.
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
Produce monthly arrears reports for internal and client use.


Essential Functions of the role include:
Monthly Reporting
Outbound calls to accounts, and handle inbound call enquiries
Provide Excellent customer service and also maintain any TFC policy.
Internal and external communications as necessary
Participate in monthly team meetings
Meet defined goals
Adhere to Data Protection Guidelines
