    In partnership with our client who is a well-established local firm whose team have been with them for many years and take pride in providing a personal and professional service. We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary due to an extremely heavy work load.

  • Role Specification:

    Diary management - arrange appointments and meetings and to maintain diaries
    Case management, contracts, liaison with estate agents, surveys, land registrations etc.
    The role will involve a lot of typing but also some scanning and putting bulk packs together for clients.
    Receive telephone messages, direct calls, complete notes and record on file
    Occasional lunch time cover for reception
    Saturday morning rota (around 6 times per year)

  • Person Specification:

    Experienced legal secretary with at least two years Conveyancing
    Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office package
    Good with various systems.
    Strong attention to detail
    Thrives under pressure
