On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Administrator who has previous experience within a manufacturing environment.

Duties/Responsibilities

 

  • Scanning documents and saving to relevant folders
  • Compiling documentation packages by identifying the required material certificates for the product being manufactured
  • Completing the Excel summary sheets
  • All other ad hoc duties
  • Coordinate and provide information requested by Head Office
  • To help with implementation of compliance strategies and initiatives
  • To implement and coordinate HR & Health and Safety strategies, including induction and training and maintaining records
  • To provide support with all general administration to support business objectives
  • Assist with answering customer service calls
  • Producing reports and labels and packaging and order tracking

 

Essential skills/knowledge:

 

  • You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to demonstrate responsiveness and changing demands
  • Strong organisational skills and able to organise and prioritise workload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • You must have previous administration experience
  • You must be conversant with Microsoft Office
