£18,000 – £20,000pa (Dependant on experience)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a keen and experienced 1st Line Support Engineer with our client located in the Haslingden area. Our client locates in newly refurbished and modern offices offers a comfortable and welcoming environment. We are looking for an experience 1st Line Engineer with experience with dealing with initial customer calls, ability to log all customer requests whilst having the ability to conduct basic investigation and diagnose the problem whilst logging all information for 2nd/3rd line engineers.

Responsibilities of a 1st Line Engineer

·Deal with initial calls from customers

·Advise and direct customers

·Log all relevant incident and service requirements

·Providing basic investigation into problems, diagnosing and validating of reports issued.

·Raise all urgent reports to management to decrease the impact of disruption

·Aim to resolve the initial enquiry at your point of contact before passing on to 2nd Line Support.

·Resolve all incidents in a fast and timely manner

·Creating support tickets when required

·Provided updates to customers and inform of closure of incidents.

Skills and Experiences

·Experience in 1st Lines Support role

·Dealing with customer complaints/incidents

·Experience with logging tickets for incidents

·Experience with Ciso ( would be an advantage)
